SO I DON’T ACTUALLY GO ASLEEP?
No. You just become extremely relaxed. Most people cannot tell the difference between the hypnotised and the waking states… some people feel relaxed and a little sleepy, others feel a lightness. One thing that people do notice is an inexplicable change for the better in their daily behaviours.
AM I UNDER THE THERAPISTS POWER?
No. Hypnosis is a co-operation between yourself and the therapist. It will only work if you follow the instructions of the therapist. You are aware of what is going on at all times, so you are free to reject any suggestions made to you while in hypnosis that you may feel goes against your will,nature or core beliefs. You would be shocked out of the hypnotic state if anything was said or done to contravene these beliefs.
CAN ANY-ONE UNDERGO THERAPY?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Simpler problems like smoking, slimming, exam nerves, nail biting etc usually take 1-3 sessions. These have a very high success rate. The more deep rooted nervous dis-orders require “analytical” therapy rather than suggestion therapy. This usually consists of 8-12 weekly sessions.
WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
A state of relax ion and concentration at one with a state of heighted awareness induced by suggestion. It is an easy and effective way to change those bad and negative habits and traits, both your good and bad ones, negative and positive Every one can enter in to the beautiful and relaxing state of natural trance.
IS HYPNOSIS SAFE
Hypnosis is completely safe. You are aware and in control at every moment and can terminate the session at any time. Hypnosis is not sleep, nor can you get stuck in a state of hypnosis. You cannot be made to do something against your will. When you are under hypnosis you will hear everything, you will be in total control and you will not do anything that you don’t want to do. You will feel relaxed and yet focused. You wont feel unconscious, asleep, anesthetised or in any other way unaware. Hypnosis is safe, relaxing and an enjoyable experience.
AM I AWARE OF WHATS HAPPENING?
Yes. Your sense of awareness increases and if you sense danger or feel something is wrong you will immediately come back to full awareness.
